Environics® Ambient Monitor Calibrator with Ozone Generators facilitate dynamic calibration of ambient air analyzers. These instruments automatically perform zero, precision, span and multi-point calibrations using NO, NO2, SO2, CO, O3, hydrocarbons and other gases of interest. All ozone generators are factory calibrated using a NIST traceable ozone standard. The Series 6100, Series 6103 and Series 9100 all meet or exceed U.S. Environmental Protection Agency requirements.
A low cost, computerized gas blending, and gas dilution system with an advanced Windows user interface, the Series 4020 now has the expanded capability of mixing up to 7 gases in a balance gas or diluting up to 10:000:1.
The Environics® Series 4020 is a computerized gas mixing/dilution system that offers the unique capability of mixing or diluting gases in a single chassis.
The Environics® Series 7000 Zero Air Generators are easy to install, require minimal upkeep and are safer, easier and less costly than high-pressure gas cylinders.
The Zero Air Generators are capable of continuous delivery of up to 20 standard liters per minute (SLPM), 30 pounds per square inch (PSI) of dry, contaminant-free air, with <0.02 ppm Hydrocarbons (optional). The ZAG will produce ultra high purity zero grade air either from an existing compressed air source or as a powerful stand-alone unit. The air is a perfect method for generating zero reference calibration gas, ultra-pure combustion air for flame ionization detector (FID), service air for pneumatically operated valves, hydrocarbon free chromatography use and general laboratory use.
The Environics® Series 6100 Computerized MultiGas Calibration System is a computer-controlled, state-of-the-art instrument for dynamic calibration of ambient air analyzers. The Series 6100 automatically performs zero, precision, span and multi-point calibrations using NO, NO2, SO2, CO, 03, hydrocarbons and other gases of interest. The 6100
meets or exceeds all U.S. Environmental Protection Agency requirements. Both in-service and new
Series 6100 can be optimized for low levels of ozone, down to 2 ppb repeatably.
