The Teledyne Hastings Instruments (THI) Reference Tube is an evacuated, sealed vacuum gauge tube accurately calibrated to precisely simulate a gauge tube at a given operating pressure. It is electrically equivalent to the metal and glass gauge tubes used with THI instruments. It permits quick and easy recalibration of THI Vacuum Gauge Indicators by merely plugging the instrument into the reference and adjusting the calibration “current set” potentiometer
until the instrument reads the exact pressure noted on the reference. THI Reference Tubes are available equivalent to most THI Gauge Tubes.
The HVG-2020A vacuum gauge from Teledyne Hastings is a media-isolated, gas composition independent, the piezoresistive instrument that provides accurate pressure measurement throughout the rough vacuum region.
The HVG-2020A is easy to install, and the optional display provides the users with several different views or modes of operation. The HVG-2020A is very flexible and can provide both analog and digital output to easily integrate into process control. A wide variety of linear analog output signals may be selected.
The NALL Flow Meter is the meter that started a legacy. Operating on a unique thermal principle, the NALL Series is the choice for high temperatures and adverse environmental applications. Inherently linear, the flexible NALL separates the transducer from the electronics and can meter a wide range of flow.
The NALL series meters have flow ranges from 0-10 sccm to flows of 0-15,000 slm; provide analog outputs, ultra-low pressure drops, all-metal (standard), can be hermetically sealed and operate up to 200℃. The full-scale range is specified by the end-user. A NIST traceable calibration certificate is standard. Available in Monel for use with corrosive gases.
The HPM 4/5/6 features a precision A/D converter along with a microprocessor to measure the thermocouple vacuum gauge tube’s signal output. The microprocessor converts the measurement to a pressure reading by employing the gauge tube’s well-defined output/pressure relationship. The result is displayed using a bright, easy-to-read graphical display. Tubes are matched and interchangeable without calibration adjustments.
