Description
FEATURES
- Instant and accurate TDS tests
- Electronic Internal standard for easy field calibration
- Fast Auto Temperature Compensation
- Rugged design for years of trouble-free testing
- Simple to use
The Myron L RO-1 Meter is easy to use and requires no special training. Simply pour the sample into the cell cup and press the button. ppm/TDS is immediately indicated on the color-coded scale (models without the color band dial are
also available). No temperature adjustments are ever required!
Both AG-5 and AG6/PH AGRI-METERS are calibrated in millimhos, the term most widely used by growers to express electrical conductivity. Some charts may read in other units called micromhos. However, since one millimho equals 1,000 micromhos, the conversion is easy. Parts per million (ppm) is also sometimes used. Conductivity/ppm fertilizer concentration tables can be obtained from your supplier, consultant, or university advisor.
The unique circuitry of our 750 Series II Resistivity Monitor/controllers guarantees accurate and reliable measurements. Drift-free performance is assured by “field has proven” electronics, including automatic DC, offset compensation and highly accurate drive voltage.
Digital and Analog 750 Series II models have an IP65/NEMA 4X water-resistant & corrosion-proof rated enclosure. At 152 x 122 mm/6 x 4.8 in., all models are suitable for panel, bench or surface mounting.
The Myron L® Company FCE function reports FAC quickly and accurately by measuring ORP, the chemical characteristic of chlorine that directly reflects its effectivity, cross-referenced with pH. Both DPD kits and colorimeters may tell the user the FAC value of the sample in the test tube, but since the chemistry of that sample is quite different from the source water being analyzed, the results are imprecisely related to actual disinfection power. The Myron L® Company FCE function measures the real, unaltered chemistry of source water, including moment-to-moment changes in that chemistry.
